Time fly by this morning as I prepped to leave town. It is THE MOST gorgeous day outside!! Cool and breezy yet still summertime warm. I wanted to take my workout outside but was a little too sore for running in the hamstrings. I ended up biking to the Y, doing 15 minutes on the elliptical, and then heading back outside for some walking laps around the track with a magazine. It was an easy, breezy workout.
